Who I am
My name is Jeanette Kasper and I was a fun carefree young woman…until I had children and got married (in that order). I’ve had to learn the hard way, step by excruciating step, how to get a grip on my anger and learn to live in my calm. I was angry for years in my marriage, and trying to find whatever information I could to help me. Nothing seemed to work.
For 2 years I remember going to bed every night saying, “I’m not going to do THAT tomorrow. I’m going to stay calm.” And I’d blow it and I’d go to bed the next night making those same promises to myself. My children and my husband were my targets and I hated that. I knew it was hurting them and hurting my relationship with them. I remember talking to my husband one night as we tried to discuss this and saying that,
“I’ve been trying and trying and nothing works. I don’t know what else to do. I guess I’ll always be like this.”
And then… I discovered the first key to staying calm and getting a grip on my anger and rage. And then I discovered the second key, and the third…and I’m a totally different person than I was 23 years ago when I first met my husband. I finally UNDERSTOOD what my anger was all about, and from there, it was easy to make the changes I need to make to become that calm, patient person I’d always wanted to be.
What I Do
I help the world to live in their calm, one person at a time. I share crucial information in easy, usable, easy to understand tips, techniques and strategies that help you immediate shift your thinking and behavior from angry, upset, blaming and criticizing. You will shift your negative thinking to positive Action. I train you to get a grip on yourself and remain calm: to express yourself in better ways that feel better and serve you better.

Why I created this Site
We feel alone in our anger – like we are the only people who act this way. I remember feeling ashamed, embarrassed and so guilty (and those negative emotions simply made it even more difficult to find my calm).

My second best seller is titled Calm the Kids & Keep your Cool — how to be the calm loving parent you’ve always wanted to be — and I, of course, did it the hard way.
I write about anger what it takes to find and live in your calm. I’ve been crisscrossing North America and Great Britain for the past 15 years delivering seminars, workshops and personal coaching on how to shift your negative thinking to positive action in your family and in the workplace and deal with every situation calmly.
