Look what I get to eat for lunch!
I LOVE gardening! I LOVE everything about it! The hard work hoeing, digging, etc. that builds my upper body strength. The planting. Watering. Playing in the dirt. Getting my hands in the dirt (so I don’t have to WORRY about manicures!) And look what I get to eat for lunch! Straight from the garden!
Today, spend at least 10 minutes doing something you LOVE. The true Techniques for Anger Management is to say, “If I only get 10 minutes do (my gardening!) I’m going to enjoy every second.” And then remind yourself for the rest of the day how much you loved doing it and that you actually got to do it today.
I promise you, this is one of the strongest techniques for anger management.
